Who Can Apply for Employer Change 

  • Employees and employers can request an employer change. 
  • Employees must confirm contract details through the Ministry of Labour portal after the new employer enters them. 
  • If the worker initiated the request, the new employer must approve the contract before the Ministry reviews it. 
  • Current employer can review the request, waive or adjust the notice period, and provide comments.
